A. Definitions:
1. Optional Site Meeting Attendance is not mandatory. All submissions will be considered regardless of whether the respondent has or has not attended the site meeting.
2. Mandatory Site Visit Attendance is mandatory. Only those submissions of respondents that the City has recorded as having attended the site meeting will be considered.
B. Note:
It is the attendees’ responsibility to make sure they wear the necessary protective gear, such as steel-toed boots and/or hard hats etc., for the site meeting. All Provincial and York Region Public Health guidelines related to COVID-19 that are in place at the time of the site visit will be followed.
