This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Preparation, Printing, and Mailing of Tax and Water Bill, as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices. 
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
