This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by the Corporation of the Town of Richmond Hill (the “Town”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal, supply, delivery, and installation of approximately 200 recycling receptacles on pre-cast concrete pads at community mailboxes in the Town of Richmond Hill as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices.
