This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by the Corporation of the Town of Richmond Hill (the “Town”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the 2018 Sidewalk Program at various locations within the Town of Richmond Hill.
