This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by the Corporation of the Town of Richmond Hill (the “Town”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the Supply of all Labour, Materials, and Equipment Necessary to Paint the Gymnasium Ceiling, Open Web Steel Joists, Ductwork, and Walls at the Bayview Community Centre in Richmond Hill as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices. |

The following are the meeting times and locations for the bid.
A. Definitions:
1. Optional Site Meeting Attendance is not mandatory. All submissions will be considered regardless of whether the respondent has or has not attended the site meeting.
2. Mandatory Site Visit Attendance is mandatory. Only those submissions of respondents that the City has recorded as having attended the site meeting will be considered.
B. Note:
It is the attendees’ responsibility to make sure they wear the necessary protective gear, such as steel-toed boots and/or hard hats etc., for the site meeting. All Provincial and York Region Public Health guidelines related to COVID-19 that are in place at the time of the site visit will be followed.
