This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (“the City”) to prospective Bidders to submit non-binding Quotations for the supply of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the general pruning of city street and park trees at various locations within the City of Richmond Hill, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
