Description:  This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of for the development, management, and operation of services for an Indoor Winter Tennis Facility located at David Hamilton Park, including a 6 Court Tennis Facility and 1,700 sq. ft. Tennis Clubhouse, as further described in Part 4.
