This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (the “City”), on behalf of the Richmond Hill Public Library (“RHPL”), is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Richmond Hill Public Library Facilities Master Plan, as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices. 
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents.
