The City of Richmond Hill (the City) is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced Bidders to supply, implement, integrate, support, and maintain a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solution delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The solution will replace CRH’s current financial planning processes with a centralized platform supporting operating budgeting, capital budgeting, personnel budgeting, reserve and reserve fund management, grant management, forecasting, scenario modelling, workflow approvals, reporting. This proposed system will integrate with CRH’s existing SAP S4/HANA (2023 SP03) ERP environment. CRH is procuring a commercially available, vendor-supported product and custom-developed solutions will not be considered. |
