This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Landscape Architectural Consulting Services for the Richmond Green Park Revitalization Master Plan, as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices.
