This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary for ground maintenance within the City of Richmond Hill as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices.
