This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (“the City”) to prospective Bidders to submit non-binding submissions for the provision of carrying out spring and emergency street sweeping on designated roadways, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
