This Request for Proposals (“the RFP”) issued by the Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (the “City”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Consulting Services for Development of a Comprehensive Zoning By-law, as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices.
