This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Richmond Hill (“the City”) to prospective Bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the supply of all labour, materials and equipment necessary to upgrade and implement SCADA system for Bayview South and Invar pumping stations, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”). |

Site Meeting Details
The following are the meeting times and locations for the Site Visit. At this time Bidders may verify any logistical access and satisfy any site specific conditions that may affect schedule or cost to the project. There will be no consideration of any claim, after Bidders’ submissions, that there is a misunderstanding with respect to the condition of the site. It is the attendees’ responsibility to make sure they wear the necessary personal protective equipment outlined in the Bid Documents.
Mandatory Meeting = Yes Mandatory Bid Meeting. Attendance at a mandatory site meeting is a requirement of this bid. Bidders are required to sign-in prior to the start of the meeting, to confirm their attendance. Bid submissions will only be accepted from registered plan takers who signed in at the meeting and remained in attendance until the end of the meeting. Submission received from suppliers not in attendance will be rejected.
Mandatory Meeting = No Optional Bid Meeting Attendance at the site meeting is optional.
