This Request for Quotations (“the RFQ”) issued by the Corporation of the Town of Richmond Hill (the “Town”) is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment necessary for the east pad header upgrade at Elgin Barrow Arena and the condenser replacement and control upgrade at Tom Graham Arena in the Town of Richmond Hill as further described in Part 4, for the Rates established in the online Schedule of Prices. The respondent selected pursuant to this RFQ process will be informed in writing. Respondents not selected will also be informed in writing. |
Bid Document Access: | Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04). |

Site Meeting Details
The following are the meeting times and locations for the Site Visit. At this time Bidders may verify any logistical access and satisfy any site specific conditions that may affect schedule or cost to the project. There will be no consideration of any claim, after Bidders’ submissions, that there is a misunderstanding with respect to the condition of the site. It is the attendees’ responsibility to make sure they wear the necessary personal protective equipment outlined in the Bid Documents.
Mandatory Meeting = Yes Mandatory Bid Meeting. Attendance at a mandatory site meeting is a requirement of this bid. Bidders are required to sign-in prior to the start of the meeting, to confirm their attendance. Bid submissions will only be accepted from registered plan takers who signed in at the meeting and remained in attendance until the end of the meeting. Submission received from suppliers not in attendance will be rejected.
Mandatory Meeting = No Optional Bid Meeting Attendance at the site meeting is optional.
